Our Endorsements
Only those candidates who have 1) completed the King County Democrats' questionnaire and submitted a copy to the District in a timely manner and 2) who have asked for our endorsement are eligible for consideration for endorsement by the District. A motion for endorsement may be made at any time and without notice, however, in fairness to all candidates, the majority of our endorsements will be made at the first meeting after filing closes. Endorsement requires a 2/3 vote of the PCOs and members present at the time of the meeting.
In the event that an endorsed candidate does not finish within the "top two" of the primary, the District may reconsider eligible candidates for endorsement for the General Election. For more information, please contact District Chair
